These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at perrismasonry.com and your engagement with Perris Masonry and Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for masonry and concrete contractor services. By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By using our website or hiring Perris Masonry and Concrete for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at perrismasonry.com/terms-and-conditions. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Perris Masonry and Concrete provides masonry and concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, concrete block walls, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, and outdoor masonry construction. All services are provided in CA and subject to applicable state and local regulations.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects outside our service area, outside our scope of expertise, or that cannot be performed safely or to our quality standards.
Estimates provided by Perris Masonry and Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment. All estimates are subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs change after the estimate is issued. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price.
A written contract or work order will be provided before any paid work begins. The agreed price in that written document governs the project. Verbal agreements are not binding. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and do not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement requires a signed written contract between you and Perris Masonry and Concrete.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit timelines, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs and reserved crew time, as stated in your written contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe conditions, including extreme weather, site hazards, or issues discovered during the course of work that require resolution before work can safely continue.
Payment terms for each project are set out in your written contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for projects requiring material procurement or permit fees paid in advance.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in your written contract. Invoices not paid within the period stated in your contract may be subject to a late payment fee as described therein.
If payment is not received after reasonable follow-up, we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal remedies, including filing a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law.
Perris Masonry and Concrete stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms are stated in your written contract and vary by service type and materials used. In general, we warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects for the period specified in your contract.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: ground movement, seismic activity, flooding, acts of nature, improper use of the completed work, or unauthorized modifications made to our work after project completion.
Manufacturer warranties on specific materials pass through to you as the property owner and are subject to the terms of the manufacturer, notPerris Masonry and Concrete.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Perris Masonry and Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project. This limitation applies to claims in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions at the work site that were not disclosed to us before work began, or for damage to buried utilities or underground infrastructure that was not identified on a valid utility locate prior to excavation.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional engineering, structural, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making decisions about structural repairs to your property.
If a dispute arises between you and Perris Masonry and Concrete in connection with our services, we encourage you to contact us first at hi@perrismasonry.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Perris, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at perrismasonry.com/terms-and-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using our website and do not engage our services under the new Terms.
